How SOVADIS collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with the GDPR.

We collect the data you provide to us directly, in particular:

  • Contact / quote request form: last name, first name, company, role, email address, phone number, and any information contained in your message.
  • Newsletter: email address.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, collected where applicable through audience-measurement cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your contact requests and preparing quotes — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
  • Managing the commercial and contractual relationship — legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Sending you our newsletter — legal basis: your consent.
  • Improving the site and measuring its audience — legal basis: legitimate interest or consent (cookies).

4. Data recipients

Your data is intended for SOVADIS's authorised internal teams. It may be shared with our technical subcontractors (host, email-sending tool), who act on instruction and on behalf of SOVADIS. It is never sold to third parties.

5. Retention period

  • Contact requests / prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Client-relationship data: duration of the relationship + 3 years (excluding accounting and legal obligations, which may extend to 10 years).
  • Newsletter subscribers: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set directives regarding your data after your death.
